Alice Black is an award-winning entrepreneur and leadership coach with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, teams and organisations to grow, innovate and transform.

Alice partners with senior leaders and high-potential talent across private equity, financial markets, global enterprises and the arts. Her work focuses on broadening leadership range, strengthening individual performance and building the collective capability needed to navigate the opportunities and challenges of the contemporary moment.

Alice trained as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell and is accredited by the Association for Coaching. She holds the EMCC European Quality Award and is committed to the highest professional and ethical standards, adhering to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

Alongside her coaching practice, Alice is Co-Founder of ALICE BLACK, a contemporary art gallery recognised for its progressive, future-focused vision, and Co-Founder of Black+Cheneviere, a next-generation art consultancy. Alice is also a member of the Development Committee of ICA, mentors at Brave Projects and lectures at Goldsmiths, Christie’s and Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

In 2020, Alice was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Art & Culture, recognising her contribution to the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship and culture.
