Alice Black is an award-winning entrepreneur, gallerist, and leadership coach with over a decade of experience fostering growth, innovation and culture transformation across the creative and corporate sectors. She partners with Founders, CEOs, ExCos and high-potentials in private equity, professional services, scale-ups, and the creative industries to unlock potential, cultivate high-performing teams, and build resilient, purpose-driven cultures.
Alice trained as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell and is accredited by the Association for Coaching. She holds the EMCC-conferred European Quality Award and abides by the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
In addition to her coaching work, Alice is the Co-Founder of ALICE BLACK, a contemporary art gallery known for its progressive, future-focused vision, and the Co-Founder of Black+Cheneviere, a next-generation art consultancy firm. She sits on the ICA’s Development Committee, mentors emerging talent at the Sarabande Foundation (est. Alexander McQueen), and lectures at Goldsmiths, Christie’s, and Sotheby’s Institute of Art. In 2020, she was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Art & Culture.
